Meet The Bidder is an event designed to promote your region/country as an incentive and business travel destination. It is an exclusive event dedicated to the promotion of companies from a given destination presenting  as a universal destination, able to meet the expectations of different groups of clientelle.

This event provides suppliers with an opportunity to meet the buyers and acquire new business opportunities by presenting different forms of activities possible to be realized in the region/country; high-quality hotels and venues; DMC companies; unique attractions and landmarks of the region/country.

The informal and cosy atmosphere of the event helps the participants to get to know each other better, which strengthens business relationships.

Each one-to-one meeting will last approx. 15 minutes, while also reserving a period of time for effective networking arranged by the organizer, so there are plenty of opportunities to speak and connect effectively with prospective business partners.
